Our favorite maple syrup and honey (we use it in all of our cafes) is from Paul Family Farms in Galeton, PA. Located in Potter County, about 200 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, Paul Family Farms has been in the Paul Family since 1865, long enough for 6 generations of the Paul Family to grace the farm. Today they focus on producing small batch wood-fired PA maple syrup and raw goldenrod honey.
Each bottle of honey contains 1.5 lb. of Pennsylvania honey.
