At Atelier de Fer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us with any questions or problems. You can reach us by emailing orders@defer.coffee.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of food items (coffee or tea). If something is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact us and we will make it right. We will accept returns of unopened/unused merchandise (non-coffee/tea items) if returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be completely unopened, unused and undamaged in order to receive a refund, and buyer must pay for return shipping. Please package it well and include a copy of your packing slip or your order number. We will credit your original method of payment.
